Return & Refund Policy

By making a purchase from YESHLY, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy is designed to ensure a clear and fair process for all returns, refunds, and exchanges for our customers within the United States.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from YESHLY. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your return request must be submitted within this 30-day timeframe.

Conditions for an Eligible Return

To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Must include all original tags and labels.
  • Must be sent back in the original packaging.

Please Note: We cannot accept items that show signs of use, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@yeshly.com.

After we receive your request, we will provide you with a return form to print, fill out, and include with your package.

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Our Responsibility: If the item you received was incorrect or damaged, YESHLY will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return label via email.

Please ensure the item is packaged securely, preferably in its original materials, to prevent damage during transit. Returns sent to us without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs Breakdown

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free.
  • For Change of Mind / Other Reasons: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Handling Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. Our team will evaluate the issue and work swiftly to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Restocking Fees

We believe in a simple and fair return process. Therefore, YESHLY does not charge any restocking fees on returns.

Processing Your Refund

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Kindly Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. It may also take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items that are defective, incorrect, or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@yeshly.com or call us.

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and, once your return is approved, placing a new order for the desired product.
